The next set of pictures from the photoshoot at Galleri Würth, I will share with you is of Raiden, a v-neck pullover, made for Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk, knitted in two shades of the pure wool Ask. The pullover looked fabulous on Model Emmalin Williams, with make-up & hair by Hina Suleman, brilliantly captured by Eivind Røhne. I chose to style it with a pair of wide legged black trousers and boots from Monica Stålvang. I realised that Emmalin needed a necklace and I used one of my own made by Kaja Gjedebo Design in oxidised silver. I also gave her a ball to play with as a prop, as you can see in the photos above. This is my introduction to the pattern: Named Raiden Japanese for lightening is this V-neck A-line pullover with cables at the center with bright contrast color neck fill. The cables are divided in two for the V-neck and continues across the shoulders as part of the neckband. The back and sleeves are all knitted in stockinette stitch to allow the cables to shine. Raiden is knitted, in pieces for the ultimate fit, in the airy Norwegian combed wool yarn Ask from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk.I think the V-neck pullover would look good without the V-neck fill too. After sample knitter Nadja had sewn in the V-neck fill, I saw it was essential with an I-cord finish to tidy the neckline area. The test knit of Raiden have just started and the individual pattern will be released late in December, while yarn kits with either an English or Norwegian pattern will be available soon directly from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk.  Here is the final photo of the back. I loved the plaited hair and thought that showing half the back of the cable would be enough. The plait was Makeup & Hair Stylist Hina Suleman’s idea and I think it looked ever so good!
